Labels can be printed in bulk when going on or off sale. Supports printing multiple label formats (eg: markdown or full priced labels).
Markdown labels (WAS/NOW labels) will print the "Original Price" and "Current Price".
Sale Start | Should be selected when you're about to go 'On sale'. The first day of the selected markdown is used to look up the current price. |
Sale End | Should be selected when a store is about to go "Off a sale". The current price of the day after the selected markdown is printed on labels. |
Today's Price | Prints labels as of current price |
Custom Date | Allows printing labels for a future date eg: New store openings or new Brand / Range launch |
5. Specify markdown #. Mandatory when "Sale Start" or "Sale End" options selected.
6. Select product and colour filters. Optional.
7. Enter required number of labels based on the print option selected. Only prints labels for items in stock at the store. Requires POS to be online to do stock look up.
Per SKU |
Prints specified number of labels for each SKU. This option does not print labels for every item in stock. Eg: Product available in Small, Medium, Large and specify qty as 10. Selecting Per SKU prints 10 Small, 10 Medium, 10 Large. |
Per Style | Prints labels for each style |
Per Style / Colour | Prints labels for each style / colour |
Per Item in Stock |

8. Specify % for extra labels. Applicable only when printing labels "Per Item in Stock".
9. When printing labels, the system compares the current price with the original price of the item. When the current price is less than the original price, the markdown format will be used (WAS/NOW pricing). When the current price is equal or greater than the original price, full priced labels will be printed. Head office label format set up is required for the system to automatically pick the correct formats.
